
Terms of Use
This User Agreement outlines the overall structure and procedures used throughout Fast and Stress-Free Traffic School’s internet course.
It is understood by both parties that the student has read and understands the policies and procedures set forth in this document and by clicking on the “I AGREE” button is producing his/her electronic signature of acknowledging and acceptance to these policies and procedures. Identity Verification Requirement Procedure
STUDENTS RECEIVING A TICKET IN COUNITES THAT REQUIRED “IN-PERSON” TESTING…the following applies.
In addition to the student’s information collected during registration, the student understands that for authentication validation purposes, Fast and Stress-Free Traffic School will access third party databases in order to validate driver’s license and/or DOB as well as authenticating a student's identity according to the rules of this county and state. By acknowledging the “I Agree” button for this User Agreement, the student hereby authorizes Fast and Stress-Free Traffic School to access this third party database information along with the student’s driver’s license and/or DOB if necessary with the understanding it is to be used for the sole purpose of student Identity Verification validation. (YOU WILL NOTIFIED DURING REGISTRATION IF THE COUNTY AND COURT YOU RECEVIED YOUR TICKET IN HAS THIS REQUIREMENT.) You may have your identity checked online and take the final exam online – or you can provide a signed affidavit and fax or e-mail us your final exam and ID verification form. We do not charge for most online ID verification. Counties processed by a third party as per the court may have an additional ID verification charge for online ID verification.
The Student also understands that the identity questions will appear prior to taking the final exam. The student must pass with the required accuracy in order to proceed to the final exam. The Student also understands that if he/she misses these questions, Fast and Stress-Free Traffic School, Inc. will deem that he/she is not the proper person taking the course and will require that the student submit a notarized affidavit along with taking the final exam off line.
Student also agrees that if third-party validation data is not available to Fast and Stress-Free Traffic School, he/she will provide a notarized signed affidavit to the school acknowledging that he/she did complete the course according to the policies of Fast and Stress-Free Traffic School and they in fact were the person that completed the school and took the appropriate tests as well as submitting the final exam. The student also acknowledges that he/she must pass the final exam with at least 80% accuracy in order to complete the course. This must be faxed or mailed to Fast and Stress-Free Traffic School before a Certificate of Completion can be obtained.
If the student checked the “no” button during registration, he/she understands that that they are to take the final exam off line and will be required to submit the completed final exam and a signed notarized affidavit.
The Course:
The course consists of 10 chapters for each section of instruction constituting approximately 6 hours. A final exam is administered via the internet at the end of the course.
Hardware Requirements:
The course is available 24 hours per day 7 days a week. The minimum browser requirement for this course is Netscape 6.0 or higher and Internet Explorer 6.0+ or greater. A standard media player is required. If you do not have a media player you will be able to download one for free. A dial-up connection is not recommended for this course due to the auto and video content.
Course Tuition:
The student understands that there is a charge for the course. Promotional discounts, if any, will be deducted from this amount. The payment is the student’s responsibility and must be paid prior to completing the course.
Refund Guarantee:
The student is aware and understands that Fast and Stress-Free Traffic School will refund the course tuition anytime prior to the processing of the Certificate of Completion if the student is not happy with the course. The student must notify Fast and Stress-Free Traffic School via e-mail or phone for their refund. Refunds will be made to the same source the tuition was charged. Refunds will be made with 30 days or sooner of notification to Fast and Stress-Free Traffic School.
Privacy Statement:
The student acknowledges that he/she has read the Privacy Statement listed below and agrees to its terms. Fast and Stress-Free Traffic School is the owner of the information collected and maintained in our databases and does not sell or give any information to promote products or advertisement.
In addition to the student’s information collected during registration, the student understands that for authentication validation purposes, if a student has received a ticket in a county that requires his/her identity be checked and has checked the “yes” button during registration, they acknowledge that Fast and Stress-Free Traffic School will access third party databases in order to validate drivers license and/or registration information as well as authenticating a student's identity according to the rules of the counties courthouse. By acknowledging the “I Agree” button for this User Agreement, the student hereby authorizes Fast and Stress-Free Traffic School to access this third party data base information along with the student’s driver’s license and auto registration databases if necessary with the understanding it is to be used for the sole purpose of student Identity Verification validation of the student only to meet the court’s online ID verification requirements
Student also agrees that by clicking on the “I Agree Affidavit” button the student is providing an electronically signed affidavit to the school acknowledging that he/she did complete the course according to the policies of Fast and Stress-Free Traffic School and they in fact were the person that completed the school and took the appropriate tests. The “I Agree – Affidavit” button must be acknowledged in order to complete the course.
Student Registration:
The student warrants that the information he/she gives to Fast and Stress-Free Traffic School during registration or any other information is true and correct. The student also agrees that true information provided by the student is part of the requirements for completion of this course and receipt of his/her Certificate of Completion. The student understands that he/she is responsible to make sure all information if accurate and fill-in completely. Any misrepresentation will constitute a breach of this agreement between the student and Fast and Stress-Free Traffic School and may subject the student to liability for damages incurred by Fast and Stress-Free Traffic School.
Student Affidavit of Completion:
The student hereby agrees by the signing of this User Agreement that he/she will study the course and complete the Final Exams alone. The student further understands and acknowledges that if he/she attempts to cheat, circumvent, allow any other person to pose as them or provide false information they are subject to prosecution for perjury and illegal activity which are punishable of a fine up to $10,000 and possible imprisonment.
The student will automatically stop taking the course immediately if Fast and Stress-Free Traffic School detects that the student has cheated in any manner and will fail the course. No tuition will be refunded the student.
Certificate of Completion Processing:
If your state or county requires that your certificate of completion is sent to the student, the student understands that Fast and Stress-Free Traffic School has a 4:00pm E.S.T. (1:00pm P.S.T.) cut-off for processing certificate of completions for successfully completed final exams for that particular business day. Any final exams completed after the 4:00pm E.S.T. (1:00pm P.S.T.) cut-off will be processed the following business day. Unless you are notified during registration and again at the completion of the course that your court allows electronic filing by Fast and Stress Free Traffic School, your certificate WILL be mailed to you
The student also understands that unless other arrangements have been made, all certificates of completions will be sent via standard U.S. Postal service. Expedited services are available for the student to purchase at additional charges. Standard overnight delivery is next business day delivery only.
It is the student’s understanding that he/she is responsible for the certificate of completion to be received in a timely manner. Although Fast and Stress-Free Traffic School will provide the highest possible service, it is the student’s responsibility to make arrangements to receive and forward his/her certificate of completion to the courts. Delays can happen with the postal service and it is not the responsibility of Fast and Stress-Free Traffic School once the certificate of completion has been mailed. It is also the student’s responsibility to provide an accurate address for delivery.
All certificates of completions are sent directly to the student. (Unless the student is notified during registration and again at the end of the course – for electronic filing courts and counties.) IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STUDENT TO FORWARD THE SIGNED CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION TO THE APPROPRIATE COURT. (unless specified in this document)
The Course Grading:
The student understands that there are a total of 10 chapters. Fast and Stress-Free Traffic School administers a final exam at the end of the course. The student will be given Questions at the end of the course. The student must pass with a minimum score as defined by the state.
Certificate of Completion:
The student understands and agrees to the course layout which includes text, identity validation questions and quiz questions. Once the student has successfully completed the course and passes the Final Exam, he/she will be issued a Certificate of Completion.
The certificate of completions that are electronically filed for the students are either sent by a third party (student is notified of this process at the end of the course) or by Fast and Stress Free Traffic School. Electronic filings are sent every half hour to the court and 10 minutes before the midnight hour in each time zone.
If your court and county does not allow electronic submission then the student understands that the Certificate of Completion will be mailed to them and it is the student’s responsibility to forward that information to the court (unless notified of particular court exception at the end of the course) and/or insurance company. Fast and Stress-Free Traffic School is prohibited by the state from issuing a Certificate of Completion to the student if the student has not met all Fast and Stress-Free Traffic School’s and state’s requirements.
Limitation of Liability:
Although it is the intention of Fast and Stress-Free Traffic School to make available to every student access to this course via the internet 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, this availability may be affected by circumstances beyond the school’s control. This may include, but not limited to, system failure, site or connectivity failure, internet failure, acts of God and any other circumstances that Fast and Stress-Free Traffic School, Inc. and it’s owners has no control over. The student agrees that the student bears all risk of failure to complete this course due to such events and circumstances.
The student also agrees that the liability of Fast and Stress-Free Traffic School, it’s owners, agents and employees for any act, omission to act, or negligence on the part of Fast and Stress-Free Traffic School, it’s owners, agents and employees, is strictly limited to and shall not exceed the amount of the actual tuition fee paid to Fast and Stress-Free Traffic School by the registered student.
