How does an on-line course work?

It’s very simple.  Rather then losing a day and sitting in a classroom – you can log on to any computer, any where that has internet access and complete a little or all of your course.  Each time to re-enter the course – you will be taken back to where you last logged off.  At the end, you take a final exam online (if your court allows) and a certificate of completion is mailed to your address given when you register.

How Much Does Your Courses Cost?

All our courses are clearly marked under Course Price based on particular states.  PLEASE BEWARE...there are many schools that advertise cheap pricing for their schools, however those most likely are the the final price you will pay.  Fast and Stress Free Traffic School's pricing is the price you pay to us without ANY additions to our school.  We do not charge for certificate printing, we do not charge for online ID verification for any final exams Fast and Stress Free administers on our site. The price you see is the price you pay.  We have had many complaints from people regarding charging add-on by other schools.  We are ethical and upfront with our fees.

Why is it better then a traditional 1 day classroom course?

The great thing about an online course versus a traditional 8 hour classroom setting is the convenience.   You can work on the course 24 hours a day 7 days a week.  You can do a little or all the course at one time.   You can take the course from any computer with internet access anywhere in the world.

How long does the course take?

You can sit and complete the course all at one time or you can complete a chapter and return at a more convenient time.  Whenever you stop, Fast and Stress-Free Traffic School will take you back to where you last left off the course.  You can log on and off as many times as you wish until you have completed the program.  Generally the states require the course to be between 6 to 8 hours.  Some states require a timed course and others allow a self-paced course which depends on individual reading skills.  All online schools must follow the same state regulated coursework requirements.  Don't be fooled by advertising, you want to make certain your completion is Court and DMV Licensed.  Fast and Stress Free Traffic School's courses are ALL State and Court and DMV Licensed.

If I already paid a fee to the court – do I have to pay for a traffic school course in addition?

Unfortunately, the answer to that question is yes.  The fee you paid to the courts (if your state and court required a fee), was for the priviage to take traffic school to dismiss your points.  The payment to the courts is actually an administration court fee.   You have to pay for the course itself.  Fortunately, Fast and Stress-Free Traffic School does not charge extra for printing your Certificate of Completion as other online traffic schools do.  The one charge covers your course, final exam (if taken online) processing your Certificate of Completion and standard U.S. Postal mail.

How do I pay for the course?

You can pay via your credit card, check debit card, check or money order.  You will be linked to a secured ordering page where you can pay quickly and effortlessly.  Your purchase is safe.

Am I eligible to take this course?

It is important that you verify with the court you received your ticket from if you are eligible to complete a traffic school course online.  If so, this website will tell you if Fast and Stress Free Traffic School's course is approved in your state.  Simply click on which state you received your ticket and you will have all information for that state’s online traffic school rules.  It’s really quite simple.

What if my certificate is due today?

We urge you to contact the court immediately.  You may be eligible for an extension, however, that is determined by the county and court in which your certificate is due. Depending on what state and county you received your ticket in, many courts allow electronic sending of the certificate, so this allows you to complete the course and it is sent the same day to the court.  You must make sure during registration if your court's requirements allow for this.  If you have any questions, please contact us at 1-888-470-7881 and a customer service representative will be happy to assist you and let you know your court and counties rules.

How long does it take to receive my certificate of completion?

We process the certificates of completion each business day.  Any courses completed by 4:00pm E.S.T. will be processed that day.  Any courses completed after the deadline will be processed the next business day if your state/county requires that the certificate be sent directly to the student.  Generally, it can take 3 – 5 days to receive your certificate via U.S. Postal Service.   You may want to use the expedited service available for an additional cost.  You can choose that option on the order page.  Overnight delivery is available.  If your state/county processes the certificate of completions electronically, your certificate is processed once you successfuly pass the final exam.  When you register, you will be told if your state/county requires mailing the certificate or electronic processing.  You will be reminded at the end of the course as well.  Any overnight delivery that is delayed due to weather, acts of God or circumstances beyond the realm of Fast and Stress Free Traffic School will not be refunded.

Do you send my certificate directly to the court?

What hardware system do I need?

Fast and Stress Free Traffic School will work with any system running Netscape 6.0 or higher and 5.0+ or greater.  A standard media player is required.  If you do not have a media player you will be able to download one for free.  Because there are many flash and streaming videos, this course is best viewed with a DSL, cable or faster connection.  A standard dial-up connection will have delays in the video and audio streaming.

If you are using Internet Explorer 8 – we suggest you add FASF to you list of “trusted sites.”  At times IE8 breaks functionality requiring JavaScript when the security settings are set high.  Adding the site to the trusted sites list should be the easy way to make sure your system works at optimum.  Unless you download a flash player that can be used via your ipad or iphone - it will not support flash media in this coursework.  This course is not recommended if you are using chrome as well.  We suggest you use IE, safari, firefox or any of the other commone browsers.

Note, if you wish to complete this task, disable the “reuire SSL for trusted sites” checkbox, so you can add http://www.FastAndStressFreeTrafficSchool.com to the list with http.
